About the Firm

McCurdy & Eichstadt, P.C. was established in May 2000. Our attorneys are uniquely qualified to represent employees and employers in a wide range of business and employment law matters.

We handle federal claims for discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, including claims for sexual harassment, hostile working environment, gender discrimination, equal pay, pregnancy discrimination, and discrimination based upon race, religion, national origin, or color.

We also handle federal claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and most other federal employment laws.

We have frequent contact with investigators and attorneys in the Denver Field Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Colorado Civil Rights Division.

Our attorneys also handle the following types of cases:
  • claims arising under state contract law and tort common law
  • claims for wrongful discharge
  • disputes under non-compete / non-solicitation / non-disclosure agreements
  • reductions in force and severance agreements
  • disputes involving trade secrets and confidential information
  • compensation claims under the Colorado Wage Claim Act, among others

Our attorneys provide legal assistance for a broad range of needs involving business, employment, and contract disputes.

In many instances, we provide critical advice to avoid a dispute or lawsuit. But if litigation is necessary, our attorneys are strong advocates throughout all phases of litigation, in administrative hearings and in state and federal courts.

McCurdy & Eichstadt, P.C. also represents clients in other practice areas, including other types of civil litigation; forming and operating business entities; taxation issues; estate planning and probate matters; and real estate transactions.
